We have stayed in dozens or AirBnB’s around the world and Andrea has been the best host we have had in terms of his communication, local suggestions and the apartment being equipped with everything you could need including food supplies and drinks. Andrea goes above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend his apartment highly enough in the centre of the old town.Verificata Andrea ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber! Äusserst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die schon vorhandenen Lebensmittel erleichtern den Beginn des Aufenthalts. Die Terrasse ist ideal, um in Ruhe zu frühstücken oder einen Aperitif zu nehmen. Alles in allem eine aussergewöhnlich gute Erfahrung!Verificata Ce fut un séjour merveilleux avec toute la gentillesse qu' Andréa a déployé pour nous, il a été à l'écoute jour après jour .La terrasse donnant sur tous les toits de Gênes était superbe et du côté pratique c'était parfaitVerificata Nella casa di Andrea non manca veramente nulla, tutte le stanze sono pulitissime ed in perfetto ordine e corrisponde esattamente a quanto presente in descrizione. Si trova nella zona dei vicoli del porto antico, il che significa che in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono quasi tutti i luoghi di interesse, ivi compreso l'acquario, ma anche che è richiesto un minimo di adattamento per i 74 gradini di un palazzo storico senza ascensore. Per noi ne è valsa sicuramente la pena, ci siamo sempre sentiti in piena tranquillità, ci siamo goduti le coccole di questa specie di nido con una magnifica terrazza con vista sui tetti di Genova. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a fornirci consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno, cosa di cui abbiamo usufrutio con piena soddisfazione. Consiglio sicuramente il soggiorno, è senz'altro una delle mie migliori esperienze con questo tipo di alloggio.Verificata excellent location an great terrasse.Verificata We had a lovely stay in Andrea's beautiful apartment - we only wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! The apartment was pristinely clean, smelled lovely, was well-heated and included everything we could possibly have needed, and more! The kitchen was well-equipped (the host even provided food), the double bed was very comfortable (and especially cosy with the projector in the bedroom!), and the rooftop terrace with view on the church dome was a wonderful addition, especially given the very sunny weather! La piccionaia very much felt like a (pigeon) lovenest :-)The location of the apartment was very good, close to cafes, shops, the port and the Acquarium, 15 min walk from the train station. Andrea was flexible with our check-in, providing us with clear instructions regarding our meeting point, and he was extremely welcoming, providing us with local recommendations on where to eat, which we also very much enjoyed! Looking forward to coming back - Grazie mille ancora! :-)

The kitchen was well-stocked and the roof was awesome. The apartment had everything you might need and Andrea was super helpful with recommendations and ready to assist.
